Spring is....

Horses with itchy winter coats...

Fire ants busy building their mounds..

The front garden looking particularly stunning...

The Azaleas in bloom..

Wash hanging on the line..

Perennials coming back up after resting underground all winter..

The elephant ears aren't up yet..

but they will be soon.  The pecans haven't leafed out yet but they are coming.  No blossoms on the gardenias yet.  I'm just getting ready to plant the marigolds, purple basil and indigo.
