Cowl weather is here! Peggy would wear these cowls doubled around her neck to keep out the drafts of cold wind that whip around the buildings downtown. I would probably wear them as a single loop but pulled up the back of my neck. Either way a cowl made of this very soft Merino wool is a great addition to your fall/winter/spring wardrobe.
