Knitting this scarf was a totally different knitting experience. The linen paper really does rustle as you knit but softens with washing. The stainless steel wire covered in silk gives the scarf a slight malleability that gives the scarf a wonderful hand. It doesn't quite hold a shape once you stretch it out. The pair of yarns together was a quirky and interesting knit and turned into a wonderful quirky scarf. It's not soft and warm but cool and ever so linen-ish.
