This is home grown, hand picked cotton still in bolls and still containing their seeds. The cotton plants were fertilized with llama poo from my llamas and no pesticides were used. The natural brown colored cotton will get darker when boiled in an alkaline solution. Add a few drops of ammonia or a bit of washing soda to the water for darker more intense colors.
The seeds should be viable if you want to plant them. However, these plants were grown together and therefore probably cross pollinated. I'm not sure what kind of cotton you will get from these seeds but it would be fun to see. Let me know if you grow the seeds.
