BFL and Silk is such a winning combination! BFL, or Blue Faced Leicester, is a soft long wool that appeared in the UK during the early 1900's. The curls are silky and smooth and the skin of the face is black/blue so when it shows through the short hair on the face it looks blue. It's a wonderful fiber combination to spin!
