| Our one of a kind handcrafted shawls, ruanas and ponchos
are hand woven on the triangle loom or floor loom in twill or plain weave
structure and twisted or straight fringe using hand spun yarns spun on
drop spindles and spinning wheels and made of wool from Merino, Shetland,
Karakul, Churro, Gotland, Targhee, Cotswold or other sheep, silk, mohair
from Angora goats, llama, alpaca, buffalo, angora or other natural fibers
and commercial yarns, often hand painted or dyed with natural or commercial
acid dyes. Our handmade soaps are made with essential oils, goat’s milk,
clove, honey, coffee, lavender, oatmeal, mint, chamomile, patchouli, raspberry,
vanilla, citrus, ginger, tea tree, amber, sandalwood or floral scents.
Our Merino hand cream (crème) from New Zealand contains lanolin. |
